Shipping

We ship via Canada Post as a Regular Parcel (estimated delivery time is 2 - 9 days) or by Xpresspost for certain items (express next day or 2 day delivery). We offer a flat Shipping Rate of $20 for Canadian orders.

Parcels are shipped within 24 hours from the time the order is placed. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays will be shipped on the next business day.  

Shipping rates my change at any time without notification.

Same day and next day delivery is also available for deliveries within the GTA.  Please phone for details and pricing.

 

Return Policy

Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept the return of items after the package has been opened.

 
Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours after order is placed. If a request for cancellation is received after the package has been shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees as well as a 15% restocking fee.

 

Refusal of Shipment

If for any reason a shipment is refused upon delivery, all shipping fees will be charged as well as a 15% restocking fee.

 

Exchanges

Unopened and unused Items may be exchanged when accompanied with original receipt. Please contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your item by sending an e-mail to info@prolashtech.com or phoning us at 416-777-9465. Items can be exchanged in person or returned to us (all shipping fees apply). The returned item(s) will be inspected and we will send you an e-mail pertaining to your exchange and include the details of a store credit.

 

Damage

If you have received a damaged package, please notify ProLashTech immediately by sending an e-mail to info@prolashtech.com or phoning us at 647-706-0984.

Packages damaged during delivery: Please keep all packaging material and contact the shipping company in order for them to complete an inspection and possible claim for reimbursement. Winks Eyelash Boutique may either replace the item or offer an in-store credit.

Packages damaged in warehouse: Please return damaged item in its original packaging. Upon a satisfactory inspection, damaged items will be replaced. Return shipping costs you have incurred will be reimbursed to you within 30 days in the form of a cheque or in the form of a store credit if you prefer.
